Baystate completed a meticulous renovation within the Westin, Philadelphia. As the hotel is located in Philadelphia’s City Center, Baystate kept the city’s historically rich environment top of mind during construction, aiming to reflect this history within the hotel’s new ambience and decor. The project consisted of Baystate completing guestroom renovations by adding custom wall finishes and installing new carpeting and flooring to the hotel’s 294 guestrooms. Baystate also added elegant millwork, along with custom designed furniture, fixtures and equipment to match every room’s decor. Along with renovating the guestrooms, 11 corridors were updated and modernized to adhere to the hotel’s new interior design. Streamlined onsite coordination was crucial to finish this construction project within 12 weeks.
