Evans Park at Newton Corner

Evans Park at Newton Center is located in the very quaint neighborhood of Newton Center, located minutes from Downtown Boston. The former residential hotel, built in 1905, was fully renovated by Baystate to include extensive updates to the lobby, entryway, commercial kitchen, common areas, and corridors. Having a strict deadline to achieve, project management was crucial at Evans Park to complete the project within less than one month, a deadline Baystate was able to meet through streamlined project management.
