Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square

Baystate Services completed a renovation of the guest rooms and guest bathrooms at the upscale luxury Sofitel Hotel at Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, PA. The 306 room renovation, including 67 suites, as well as the 1,700 square foot Presidential Suite, was completed in just 15 weeks. The original project scope included the demo of all existing finishes, new electrical work, new finishes throughout, and a complete new FF&E package.  Additional plumbing and finish work was also added in the guest bathrooms and showers to update and match the beautiful new bedrooms.
