Renaissance, Westchester

The Renaissance Westchester Hotel, owned and operated by Marriott, is located in Westchester County, NY. Baystate’s $5 million project consisted of the renovation of 350 guestrooms, corridors, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and bar. Upon entry to the hotel, Baystate remodeled the lobby to create a more open space. A new bar and restaurant, Hive Living Room + Bar, was built with custom millwork and a dimmer system to enhance the ambience of the space. When renovating the guest areas, new carpeting, wall finishes, and custom lighting were installed, along with updates to all guest bathrooms to include modernplumbing, sinks, glass showers, and vanities. In order to successfully complete such an extensive construction project, Baystate adhered to a strict construction schedule. By doing so, they were able to complete all work within 20 weeks.
